Welcome to my shop FAQ page! Here you will hopefully find the answers to all your questions regarding my online store.

Who makes your products?

All posters, t-shirts, and merch are printed and shipped through Printful.
All photo books are printed and shipped through Blurb.

Where are your products made?

PRINTFUL:
Charlotte, NC for domestic orders
Riga, Latvia for international orders

What material are your t-shirts made of?

With an occasional exception, all t-shirts are printed on Gildan 64000 tees. It's made of a heavier cotton and the double-stitched neckline and sleeves give it more durability.

  • 100% ring-spun cotton
  • Fabric weight: 4.5 oz/y² (153 g/m²)
  • Pre-shrunk for extra durability
  • Shoulder-to-shoulder taping
  • Quarter-turned to avoid crease down the center
  • Blank product sourced from Bangladesh, Honduras, Haiti,
           Mexico, or Nicaragua

What paper are your posters printed on?

Personalized Enhanced Matte Paper which is thick and durable matte paper. Each poster is giclée-printed on archival, acid-free paper.

  • Paper thickness: 10.3 mil
  • Paper weight: 5.57 oz/y² (189 g/m²)
  • Giclée printing quality
  • Opacity: 94%
  • ISO brightness: 104%
  • Blank product sourced from Japan

☆ Ordering + Processing ☆

How soon can I expect my product after I order?

There are three stages of your order:
Processing / Printing / Shipping.
- Once I receive your order, I make the order through my Printful
   store which sends it to Processing.
- From there, Printful will begin the Printing stage at one of their
   distribution centers.
- After that, I will get a Shipping notification that your order has
   shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

I'm currently only accepting PayPal through my shop.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order is still in the processing stage of fulfillment. Please send me an email and we can sort it out and get you refunded!

Do you offer returns?

At this time I do not offer returns/refunds once an item has been received :(

Can I order something as a gift?

YES! Please email me with your order # and I can do my best to include a personalized note from you. 

Why are your items expensive?

I try to make my posters, tees, books, + other merchandise affordable and accessible to everyone. However, this is part of my income and the price tag incorporates the cost of production, shipping, and personal profit. I understand not everyone can purchase something, but I hope you understand the price is reflective of my time spent on design, that you are buying from a small business owner, and you will be wearing a piece of art that I put effort into.

☆ Shipping ☆

I ordered multiple items from your store, where's the rest of my shipment?

If you order more than one item from my store, all items will ship separately. If you have received one item and you're waiting on another, don't worry! It's on the way. All items are fulfilled through Printful, so I have no control over how merchandise is shipped.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere and everywhere!
Domestic + international shipping is available.
Please note that international shipping will cost extra and may take a bit longer to arrive.
Most domestic shipping for tees are $5, and $7 for international.

How long does shipping take?

Due to COVID-19, shipping time has increased and depends entirely on Printful. Usually, orders take about a week to arrive once shipped.

Do you provide tracking?

Yep! If you'd like tracking, please email me for tracking once you receive an email that your order has shipped.
All shipping is through USPS.

Where is my order coming from?

Your order is coming directly from one of the Printful fulfillment centers, with the return address being labeled as "Julia Fletcher's Store".

I missed my delivery window.
Can you schedule a re-deliver?

Yes, if you're either domestic or international and you miss a delivery for Blurb (photo books), please email me with the go ahead to re-ship to you.

Can I change my address once I order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet.
